Dear YION Members and Friends,

This year for Yom Kippur, Young Israel of Northridge will be printing again a "Book of Life" for our cherished departed. The Book of Life will be included in our Yizkor services. If you want to have the names of your loved ones listed in the Book of Life, please submit them below. Permanent Memorial Plaques can also be ordered.    All names on the Memorial Walls will be automatically listed in the booklet.

As you know, before approaching the High Holy Days, it is recommended to give tzedakah in memory of our loved ones in order to elevate their soul.

Please make a heartfelt donation. The suggested donation amount is $18.00 per name.

REMEMBER: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR NAMES BY SEPTEMBER 26, 2011.
