The "Three Weeks"

Beginning Sunday, July 20th (17th of Tammuz), until August 10th (Tisha B’Av) is the period of time known as the "Three Weeks." This is a time of mourning for Jews everywhere.

As such, certain aspects of mourning are practiced during this time including:
- Refraining from haircuts and shaving (please speak to the Rabbi for any questions)
- Refraining from listening to music (live or taped)
Please make sure to get (take) haircuts on/or before Friday, July 18th.
Sunday, July 20th (17th of Tammuz) is a Fast Day.
